Hello. Clients are complaining that their dashboards are be overrun by Updraft notices every time they log in. I’ve also verified this on my sites. Clicking on “Dismiss for 12 months” is not working.

“Thank you for backing up with UpdraftPlus!” and “Thank you for using WP-Optimize, the world’s most trusted WP optimization plugin!”

How can we make these go away, short of not using the plugin?

    Thank you,
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

Please can you try this, with WP-Optimize?

    1) Open your web developer console, and make sure it is recording HTTP requests

    2) Click on a ‘dismiss’ link. Expand the HTTP request results, and post a link to a screenshot for us (e.g. use http://snag.gy )

    3) Also, tell us afterwards (using phpMyAdmin or whatever your preferred tool is) what is in the option_value column in your options table for the row with option_name wp-optimize-dismiss_dash_notice_until.

    4) Also, afterwards, reload the page and verify that the notice is still there.

    Thank you,
    David

I’ll wait for others to report and/or an update to fix this. I can’t be the only one seeing this.
