    Hi, make sure you have disable the following feature
    Disable Ability To Edit PHP Files:. This is located under WP Security -> Filesystem Security -> PHP File Editing.

    Thank you. I was able to do a work around by zipping the plugin and downloading it.

    What I am actually looking for is a way to alter the welcome email to a new approved registrant.

    Should I start a new thread?
