automation to create shipping labels

    Inside woocommerce we have a plug in for Canada post (free version), whenever an order payment is captured the shipping label needs to be created, using this plugin of Canada post.

    To do so we manually fill the information, weight, size of the package etc.

    however we need to know (before you charge us) if it will be possible to automate, as Canada post pluggin is designed to receive the information one bit at a time.

    The main objective is to generate the shipping label (Tracking number) automatically not manually for each order, so we can share to the customer

    Using the plus version, you can generate labels for each order manually.
    This may not be a completely automatic process.

    As a already said that i am using Canada Post free version and manual process is happening perfectly fine.

    What i asked that how to automate this process so that when an order comes in processing at-once shipping label be created.

    Is this facility provided in pro version?

    My concern is automation of plugin functionality.If plus version is also doing same what free is doing then why shall i have to use that.

    And BTW what is “plus version”?

    Also the link you given of support seems not related to “Canada Post” plugin.

    @shalini-jaswal,

    The free version does not have label generation feature. The plus version (which is the same as premium) has label generation feature. However, in that version also, you have to generate a label manually from the order page.

    However, if would like us to study your requirement and have a look, then you can raise a ticket to our support. Kindly explain the workflow in that ticket so that they can effectively help you.
