Adding design elements to current theme

Hi!
I’m not exactly sure what version i have, but I think it’s just 2.0.

I’m trying to update the look of some of the features on my blog (www.elevati-inc.com/blog) but since I didn’t use a template, i’m not sure how to insert more design features (or if i can since my design was used from my website’s files).

I need help trying to do this but I don’t write code. Is that the only way I can update the look or do I have access to user-friendly design “buttons” that allow me to update?
