Hueman theme header section loading issue

    Hello there, could not rectify the header section loading issue. Unable to make any changes in the header section. Have tried solving according to the hueman forum mentioned procedures but no luck.Screenshot is provided below:

    Hi,

    I am not able to replicate your issue.
    Customizer is loading and working properly on my test site.

    If you are using a cache plugin, clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.

    Disable all plugins except Hueman Addons plugin.
    Clear browser history and re-login to use your customizer.

    Hi @nikeo . Yes i am using the most recent version of hueman and wordpress both.

    Hello, I am new to this theme, I just migrated to Hueman and I have the same problem: when I go Customize > Header > Header image I get this text:
    Use a header banner image
    Upload a header image (supported formats : .jpg, .png, .gif, svg, svgz). This will disable header title/logo, site description, header ads widget
    It is not clickable, there is no hyperlink or tickable box, so I can’t do anything.

    The options for site title, logo and tagline under Customize > Header > Header design, colours and others are also not active for customisation.
    Website is http://www.vivrecapetown.com

    The default setting it gives me shows the Title and tagline, but I can’t add an image.
    If anyone is able to help I’d be most grateful!

    Shall I add that I would actually like to have both the title and an image banner as a header background, is that not possible in Hueman?
    If not I will just create an image that contains my title and tagline.

    But my first comment still stands, as I am not able to change the Header image settings.

    Hi I found out I had an issue with my htaccess file. Bluehost fixed this and now all is a-ok.
