    Where do I set the origin address when creating shipping labels? I need to change the business information and address.

    Where do I set the origin address when creating shipping labels? I need to change the business information and address.

    In order to set the Origin Address, click on “Create new label” button on the order page in the Shipping Label section on the right (see screenshot below):

    You will be presented with the window where you will be able to modify the details of the shipment including the Origin and Shipping address (see screenshot below):

    I hope Julia’s response solved your issue – you manage the origin address from the “create label” flow.

    While there’s no explicit “save” button, the origin address will persist after rates are able to be retrieved.
