Hello ParulThakur,
This might be a caching issue, be sure to purge all caches and clear browser cache, especially after an update. If you use a child theme, make sure to keep track of the developer changes.
Take care.
Hi @parulthakur, any update about your problem ? I would also recommend like @fadingmusic, to purge any cache plugin if you have one.
Help me get the steps to purge cache. I don’t see a prompt on my blog admin dashboard. DO you mean the browser one?
Hi @parulthakur,
If you are using a cache plugin, you will need to clear it’s cache content.
Different plugin has different settings and location in admin, you will need to contact plugin support for help.
You will also need to clear browser history, this will remove cache content in your browser.
If you are using any CDN or server cache, you will need to clear it’s cached content too.
Thank you
Hi @denzel_chia – I tried all steps. Cleared browser history and purged cache from using the W3 plugin that I have installed.
On some of my old posts, the comments are closed though the settings are correct. I haven’t opted for any comment closure after any number of days.
Pretty upset with this and not able to figure out too.
@nikeo @denzel_chia – Nothing seems to work. Either clearing cache or clearing the browsing history. I don’t seem to get this sorted. New posts also do not show up on the blog page. I need to go to tags or archives to check these out. I would really appreciate some help.
Hi,
Sorry, I am not able to replicate your issues.
You can check whether it’s a plugin conflict by using the following troubleshooting steps.
1) If you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
2) Proceed to disable one plugin at a time, clear browser history and re-visit your issue.
3) Check if it’s working properly now. If it’s working properly, this means the plugin that you had just disabled is causing your issue.
Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing your issue, please replace with an alternative plugin.
If you are still unable to resolve your issue, You will have to hire a developer to login to your website to help you find the cause of your issue.
Thank you
