Quantity based discounts

Does this plugin allow to set a rule that says: 6-11 items get 5% off and 12 or more items get 10% off.
Also for example lets say I have “T Shirt A” which is categorized as both “Blue” and “Large” and “T Shirt B” which is categorized as “Red” and “Large”. If I allow discounts for LARGE and disable discounts for Red, then will T Shirt B be eligible for a discount, since one of the categories it belongs to allows discounts and the other does not?

Thanks for your query, sorry about the delay responding.Pricing Deals can certainly do pricing tiers, as you describe.
However, you also describe highly specific logic based on variation attributes, where you desire a supplied variation attribute to be both a positive search element, and also an exclusion criteria.
I am just about to release an enhancement where the ability to do deals based on variation attribute will be added. However, excluding based on a variation attribute will not be a function.
