Server down or other problem?

    Hello,
    I got this message on my admin page:

    This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    I don’t even know who my host is? I didn’t update anything the last weeks and as far as I know I’m using the latest version of WP.

    What to do?!
