Hi,
I can see it on both Firefox and Chrome. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed to test.
PS it doesn’t show when you are tracking an affiliate, it sounds like you’re tracking an affiliate in Chrome 🙂 Clear your cookies and refresh.
So it means , it is a issue of cookies and cache.
But there is a problem, I can’t do that because then it will delete my lots of data like storing login information etc…
Is there any other way to solve this solution.
AffiliateWP stores cookies to track the affiliate, so it’s functioning 100% as it should. When an affiliate is tracked by a customer, that affiliate should receive a commission on a purchase. The customer should not then be able to select another affiliate, or the original affiliate will lose the commission.
Since it sounds like you’re already tracking an affiliate in Chrome and you’d like to see the select field at checkout, you’ll need to clear your cookies related to AffiliateWP. Delete only the cookies for your site that start with affwp_ and test again.

Today i was doing some experiment of website in my office. Initially referral checkout is showing on both browsers but after making registration and and couple of changes. again same not showing on both browsers.
So if i am customer and customer face same kind of problem then we might loose customer.
There must be a solution of that.
The easiest/best way to diagnose this issue is to clear your browser cookies for your site. Or you can clear any cookies starting with “affwp_”. If the dropdown then shows for you at checkout, you’ll know that you clicked on an affiliate link which is why it is not showing for you. The link above shows you how to delete cookies for a specific domain.
If not, what changes did you make as you said above? Try temporarily disabling other plugins to see if it then shows. If so, you’ll know there’s a plugin conflict and I can better assist you. For example, you have a JavaScript error on all pages that I clicked on. Screenshot: https://cl.ly/063J041I1Q3a. It’s being caused by a plugin called “screets-cs”. That will surely break functionality on your site so start there.
Try also getting a friend who has never visited your site to also check your checkout page.
