All member are empty

I tried to use the free version and membership 2 pro under muiltsite and single site, but the list are empty in the all member page.
I can see all the member include vistor( means does not subscript in any membership level) and other membership level member in the All member page.So, How can I receive the full list of my site members?

I’m bit confused here – you said that “but the list are empty in the all member page.” and then “I can see all the member include vistor (…) and other membership level member in the All member page.” – so you can see all the users on the site right?
On the all member site under each Membership filter there is also smaller filter “Subscription Status:” – so maybe you need to switch one of those filters there?
