STILL NOT RESOLVED – Mobile Load Time

    Hi again,

    This issue still hasn’t been resolved. The load time for the lightbox on mobiles is still ageeeees. Pre load is off and the images are a reasonable size.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE resolve this.

    Try all our galleries on our site and you’ll find on a mobile they take FOREVER to load on mobile once you click the image

    Hello @simonfeld!

    Thank you for reporting this problem!
    Could you please enable Preload Images from Photo Gallery Options > Global Options > General tab? Just make sure to set Count of Images to a small value, e.g. 5.
