    the plugin “contact form 7” have a fatal error. When I try to go to settings wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpcf7 appears

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_rest_url() in wp-
    content\plugins\contact-form-7\admin\admin.php on line 304

    in wordpress version 4.7.4
