Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

If that made no difference, try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

And, if that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Access your hosting using some FTP program or cPanel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/himalayas/ and rename /himalayas/ folder. WP will default to TwentySixteen or so theme, and you should be able to access your website again. That theme looks like incompatible with the latest WP version.

I meant to update wp version 4.7.3 or 4 and I would follow the link to reinstall the theme.

You’ll need access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for those), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the /himalayas/ directory to /himalayas-broken/

This will force the default theme to activate so that you can use your site again.

Next, I recommend reporting the problem at https://wordpress.org/support/theme/himalayas so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

And after you resolve the theme problem, then WP should auto-update to 4.7.4 or you could do it from the dashboard.

The solution for me would be if you can send me a notification to update wordpress version 4.7.3 or 4 and it would work when I follow the link. Do you know how or whom should I contact to do so?

Ps. the domain and hosting is NOTrigistered on my name and can not access cpanel or hosting. The person registered is not replying me when I asked.

so, I just had a user name and password to access only the dashboard. (user name and pass)

Then I’m afraid you have a serious problem. Once you manage (if you manage) to get back to your dashboard, you’ll see the notification to upgrade to 4.7.4 version. There is no other way to fix your issue unless you can ask hosting provider to restore the website using some recent backup.
