You’ll need FTP program (or cPanel access) to access your hosting and navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and then rename the folder of the “The Ken” theme. That should force WP to default to TwentySixteen or so theme and make it accessible again.
ok i renamed the ken folder and have access to , now how can i activate it without breaking wp, because if i activate it it send the same error msg

Could be that the theme wasn’t updated properly. Could you uninstall it completely and then reinstall? If it happens again then contact theme author(s).
Also, more descriptive information about “Error 500” should be in error.log file, usually in the root folder of your hosting space.
