– Please never ask people to contact you or take support off the forums;
– Please never ask for sensitive information such as FTP or admin details.
The “add-instagram” appears to be broken on your site. So, just remove it from your site directly. Log into your hosting account and delete the “add-instagram” folder.

@elenapshht, The plugin ‘add instagram’ you’re using is no longer being maintained or supported. You should remove it and search for an alternative that is available here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/
In your hosting provider’s control panel (different to WordPress dashboard) find a tool named something like “File Manager”. In that tool go to the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ folder. You’ll see the ‘add-instagram’ folder there. You can go ahead and delete that folder.
