Grey transparent screen when trying to edit

    Hello,
    When I try to edit a page in my wordpress control panel it begins to load but then soon after it is covered by a transparent grey screen that limits access to scrolling on the page.
    I have unistalled and disabled plugins but this did not solve the problem.
    Would be very greatful for any help as this is urgent for our site.

    You could try to change your active theme back to TwentySixteen or so and see if that clears the issue.

    Thanks Sinip,
    When I tried this the editor did not get the grey screen I have been talking of so the problem seems to be around my theme. This is Vulcan and was purchased in 2012. I have purchased more support from the developer, Indonez, so that they may be able to help.
    If you have any further solutions I would gladly hear them.

    Nope since it is obviously a theme problem. Now you can only wait for the developer to fix it. Good luck.
