Fatal Error

    Updated the plugin and was immediately greeted with a fatal error!!! Once the plugin was update site went down with Server 500 error – I deactivated plugin via web hosting.

    When I go to reactivate this is the message:
    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home12/XXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/lib/class.yith-woocommerce-gift-cards.php on line 593”

    Hi,
    it seems an error due to an obsolete version of PHP, please check that you have at least the PHP 5.6 version.
