Issue With Site After Theme Update

Hello there,

Since updating the silk theme, I have received the error message:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘silk-lite’ not found in /home4/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298

I have done all that I can to mend the problem but to no luck. I know it is an issue of the theme as I changed to the default theme and the message disappeared.

I cannot publish posts and is stopping me from doing a number of things.

Please what should I do to solve this?
