Product Edit Page Formating odd

The formatting for my product edit page is a bit screwy.
It still works fine, but is hard to edit.

I have a dev version of the site, for which this problem does not appear.
Theme update didn’t make any change.

Is this maybe a corrupt CSS issue?
Should I copy the CSS from the workigng Dev site?
