It’s the same also for me: don’t duplicate any old or draft newsletter! It’s a big problem.
Thank for help.
@marnie1 Make sure to send this post to your host support: http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/14-cant-duplicate-save-newsletters sometimes ModSecurity needs to be turned off at the server level, or the CVE in question whitelisted. Talk to your host, they will be able to assist you with that.
I checked with my host. ModSecurity is off. Mailpoet was working fine until I upgraded.
My apologies. This was an error I created myself. Around the same time I installed the Mailpoet upgrade I was converting my site to https. I installed the Really Simple SSL plugin and this update all of my plugins to work with the redirect. So I can duplicate newsletters again.
Hmmm, going to see if this solves my own issue. I recently changed over to SSL as well. I can duplicate, but can’t edit. I tried that plugin the OP used to fix her issue, but it didn’t fix mine. Checking on the modsecurity thing with my host now. Hopefully that’s the fix for me.
