Security error with Mailchimp – HTTPS site

    Hi all,

    Installed the plugin on my site: http://www.marcfoglino.com.
    Unfortunately I get the error that my connection is not private/secure.
    I set in MailChimp that my site is an HTTPS site and pasted the form action into the plugin field.

    //marcfoglino.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=e0274f99e69836a67cabda0f0&id=84892d162a

    Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Howdy!

    I can’t reproduce this issue. I was able to subscribe (or at least get to where Mailchimp sends a confirmation e-mail) without an error.

    Hi Brandon,

    Thank you for your feedback.
    Because we had to change it to make it not fully secure anymore.
    When the site is fully secure in chrome it doesn’t work.
    Not sure you can across the same issue with HTTPS sites and mailchimp.

    My sites are fully HTTPS and haven’t seen the problem. The form would use whatever form action you provide it. Can you change http://marcfoglino.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=e0274f99e69836a67cabda0f0&id=84892d162a to https://marcfoglino.us15.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=e0274f99e69836a67cabda0f0&id=84892d162a
