square i did not put there

On my blog preview page, there is a white square to the left of every blog title and preview paragraph. I didn’t put it there, and I don’t know why it’s there. I tried to reset all defaults in Blog Designer plugin-in, but it comes back. How do I get rid of it? It looks bad.
