When trying to add a column i receive the following error:

admin.php?page=CF7DBPluginSubmissions:493 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).dialog is not a function
    at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> (admin.php?page=CF7DBPluginSubmissions:493)
    at HTMLInputElement.dispatch (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.7.3:3)
    at HTMLInputElement.r.handle (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.7.3:3)

Any suggestions? I have only WordPress, the base 2016 theme, Contact Form 7, Contact Form DB and Contact Form DB Editor installed, no other plugins.

how are you trying to add a column? in the results page? unless i’m mistaken all the columns come from the CF7 form.

As per the Add Column section of this page:
    https://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=459

The add column button doesn’t work, it causes an error in the web browser console.

The error seems to suggest that wordpress could not load script that are included with the CFDB install. Maybe try to uninstall and re-install.
