Service Settings Problems

I’ve recently started using the theme and I’m having problems with the Service settings option, instead of putting the text alongside the icon it’s putting it below it so it looks terrible, do you know how to fix this ? The site is in progress but is http://www.sm-marketing.uk you can see whats happening there, also is there any way to change the background colour of the Service Settings to a different colour ?

Another quick one, is there a way to line up the tiles on Block Above Call To Action, at the moment the large tile hangs below the smaller ones and it looks a bit strange, sorry for so many questions, so far I’m really liking the theme but these teething problemns are a bit frustrating, thank you.
