Red border message, while wp_mail is working!

    After migrating site to php 5.4 , CF7 shows red border fail message.
    PHP mail works fine.
    wp_mail works fine.

    how to debug this?
    no messages in mailer log… no messages while setting WP_DEBUG=TRUE.

    red border and that’s all..

    Tried to deactivate all plugins = no result
    Tried to use SMTP plugin (test message is ok) = no result

    up: created new form, leaved one field there. And got GREEN BORDER! HOW?????

    finally i got the difference between old forms and new form.
    new form has a field “from” = <wordpress@site.com>.

    In old forms i had “from” = sitename <noreply@site.com>

    Though i tried an simply clear this field, add admin@site.com there (that worked fine in wp_mail), it did not worked.

    but when i changed them to <wordpress@site.com> – they all start working.
    Thats all

    I think you should add some debug features in script, you’ll save a lot of your and people’s time

    a month passed, i DID NOT make any changes to site
    AND

    RED BORDER!! without any reason!

    wp_mail still works fine!

    tried my old experience adding new form, but its also returns red border!

    Pls help! i’m in dispair.
