Yes, I am having a few similar issues with my store as well. I believe maybe it is tied to the WooCommerce upgrade?
I have the same versions Plugin 3.0.4 and Woocomerce 3.0.1
Hi All!
Sorry about the issue
I did checked my dev with storefront theme installed which works perfectly.
if you still facing the issue kindly contact me directly.
Sure we are, two sites are non-functional. I sent you email to your gmail address.
I am thinking that it may actually be another plugin causing the bug, the Woocommerce Catalog Visibility Options plugin seems to have a glitch but on first look it seemed like your plugin. Apologies! I will let you know if I have further issues.
Also issues here. And i am not using the Woocommerce Catalog Visibility Options plugin.
After upgrade to Woocommererce 3.x it isn’t working any more and site is not functioning as exepected. Rolebased prices are not showing but regular price is shown instead
I have given up with this plugin. I changed to other solution which was tested before the woocommerce version launch.
i am working on a update for woocommerce 3.0 which will be released in 2 – 4 days max.
Please do note that 3.0.1 is out already and 3.0.2 coming soon also due other bugs.
Hi,
I can understand. also you please understand that we are doing this for free and i am working hard on this to make it even better. we are not getting paid for writing open source plugins. but still its my hobby and also i just dont want to let the plugin users down
soon there will be release with the fixes with WC 3.1 / 3.2
Does this plugin NOT work with custom user roles? I ask because I have 3 different custom user roles set up (ie: Silver, Gold & Platinum) and I’m definitely not seeing any custom pricing being displayed on the front end for any of these roles. The plugin does appear to be working correctly when I test it using the “Administrator” user role, however. So I’m pretty sure that I’m configuring and using it correctly.
Is there any way to get this working with custom user roles? If so, how? I’m comfortable with applying code customizations to one of the plugin files if you can help point me in the right direction.
Note that the custom user roles that I’m trying to get it working with are ones that I created using a plugin called “User Role Editor”
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
How does this plugin handle situations where there are multiple roles associated with a user? For example, in my situation, the users typically have the “customer” role assigned to them, — as well as either silver, gold, or platinum roles. Is this plugin not capable of properly handling those types of situations?
Thanks,
– Yvan
Hi,
Our plugin supports only primary user role. not the secondary user role.
so please do make sure you have selected the secondary user role
I’m not sure if I understand your response correctly. Did you actually mean .. “Make sure you have selected the primary user role” ? Or did you mean .. “make sure you have selected BOTH the primary role AND the secondary role” ?
Would it be possible for me to apply modifications to the plugin so that it recognizes my 3 custom user roles? I’m comfortable with applying code customizations if you can help point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
– Yvan
