change font and image properties

Hi everyone ..
I have two questions.

First I forgot the tag to change the content of pages and posts. I would like to make the font a little bigger and italic.

Second on the front page. The text keeps wrapping around the image.
This is the only page that I do not want the text to wrap around the image. How can I modify this to work?
