Hello @emilkonit,
I’m sorry to hear that our plugin caused this issue on your site. Could you run full plugin conflict test to exclude that Membership 2 causes that in combination with another plugin?
Please also tell me what is PHP version on the server.
What add-ons are enabled in the Membership 2 Pro?
kind regards,
Kasia
Hello again,
I think the PHP-version on the first server was 5.5.9, and on the new server it is 7.0.15. I’ve only had the add-on Media Protection activated.
Any help is appreciated!
Best regards,
Emil
Hi Emil,
Both of those PHP versions should work fine with M2 so that should not be the cause.
Can you tell us which other plugins you have activated besides M2 and can you try disabling them to see if the issue is still there when only M2 is active.
This will tell us if M2 conflicts with another plugin on your site and we can then debug it further from there.
Cheers,
Predrag
Hi Predrag,
Thank you so much for your support. Unfortunately I couldn’t spend more time troubleshooting and had to settle for another solution.
Still it’s a great plugin and I really appreciate your efforts to help!
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Emil
Hi Emil,
I’m sorry to hear that 🙁
If you get time to share other plugins you have active on your site I will gladly debug this further on my installation to see what could we do to improve this in future.
Cheers,
Predrag
