problems upgrading to 1.1.5

When I upgraded from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5, the upgrade did not go smoothly.

First I saw a message that the main page for knowledgebase had not been set and did I want to do that now. I said yes even though the plugin has been installed and working with the main page of “knowledgebase”

Next, none of the links to a knowledgebase article worked. I reset the permalinks which seemed to fix that problem.

I then noticed that the text on the homepage, set in a widget, was not displaying. When I de-activated the plugin, the text appeared as it should. Re-activating the plugin set the homepage back to no text. I’m using the genesis framework and the digital pro theme. The example is at http://dev.efabless.com/.

There is a conflict between the most recent update of this plugin and the theme. Can you tell me how to get this fixed?
