@entosmathilda this is probably related to how your website sends email. I recommend that you install and configure the Postman SMTP plugin to increase your email deliverability. Also be sure to test the email after properly configuring the plugin with a hotmail or gmail address. If that is still not reaching the inbox, check the spam folder for a possible configuration issue with your email server (usually noted in the detailed headers of the email).
Yeah, I use a SMTP-plugin. I even switched to Postman STMP because I read that Woocommerce recommended it. The problem was that the orders didn’t arrived to my client (who owns the site) instead.
What do you mean with “test the email”? The customers have checked the spam-folder but it’s not there either.
This is a new problem. It worked before. It’s very strange!
