Full Width

Hello again,
I was using before West theme from aThemes and I changed it for Agama Blue. I’m really glad that I did it, not because west was disappointing me, but for the change itself.
I want to set some part of my pages as full width, using the parallal effect. In http://www.institutoabec.com.br/cursos you can see a box – I used Live Composer to do so – that use this effect but it is not full width.
Does the theme allow it kind of change?
