I am currently sending data to my CRM through cformsII.

Is it possible to add a file upload box in the form and send the file to the CRM? How can I do it?

I am using Vtiger CRM and their webform does allow for file uploading but the file is not being uploaded into the CRM when submitted through cformsII.

When this is accomplished, your task should be doable via the WordPress action mentioned there.

Thanks for replying. I have looked through that but I am not sure how that helps me.

I am guessing there is no easy way to do it without editing the code of the plugin? If that’s the case then it’s okay. Thank you!

So you use alternative form action to send your data, right? Then this is not dependent on cforms, but the CRM must have the ability to receive files.

Yes I use alt form action, but I can’t seem to match the file upload in Cforms with that of the CRM.

It’s okay, I have decided to switch to using the CRM webform. Thank you for your time.
