Downloading WordPress.org

I downloaded the zip, I don’t know what to do next.
I want to upload a custom theme from themeforest. But as you know i can’t on wordpress.com.
Please someone help me on what to do with the wordpress.org .zip file, as well as how to upload a theme.

On your PC? That one would have to have access to it. If you want to have it set up on Internet, you’ll need domain and hosting somewhere. Other than that, you can post a job at http://jobs.wordpress.net
