• I have so far failed completely in getting this plugin to work. And that’s pity, bevause it would be the perfect solution to my problem!

I have everything fixed on the Google side, but the plugin refuses to save the settings.

I have tried it on a complete virgin setup with no other plugins activated, no luck so far.

    Server is running PHP7.1

The plugin is not compatible with PHP 7.1 at this time, you would need to downgrade to use 7.0.x.

    Hi Nick,

Love the plugin. It’s one of the best with Google Calendar integration.

We recently upgraded our PHP to 7.1 as well and so I’m now having this issue too. Just curious, are there plans in the near future to make Simple Calendar compatible with PHP 7.1? If so, is there a projected timeline (weeks – months?)

Ideally, we would like to continue using the plugin without having to downgrade our PHP. Thanks!

Yes I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA at this time. It is up on our priority list so I would be willing to bet that the next major update (no ETA on that either) will contain changes to fix PHP 7.1 issues.
