Hi,
The only way is to increase the number of events displayed on the page, the option can be found in Dashboard > Events > Settings > Viewing Events > Agenda pages show at most.

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your quick response.
I followed your advice and changed the number of events shown for the Agenda view from 40 to 200 to see what was displayed as a result.
From what I can gather, what I’ve done is change the number of events per month that are displayed as the calendar displays a month at a time.
Is there a way of changing the amount of months that are displayed at a time? Ideally we would like to even remove this limit and show all events in all months, can this be done?

It is possible that you have a lot of recurring events and therefore the calendar still shows only events of the current month, can you please provide a link to your calendar page.

I see that you are using 1.11.5-pro version, unfortunately we can no longer provide support for a version that is a few years old, is there a reason why you have not upgraded the plugin to the latest version?

No problem.
I cannot recall what the reason was why we have not upgraded the plugin to the latest version but there isn’t a notice in the Dashboard indicating that this is out of date so perhaps that’s why.
What do you suggest?
If possible, try to upgrade the plugin to the latest version, follow the guide https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/perform-manual-upgrade/ and do not forget to backup everything before you start.

It’s definitely possible, presumably I would update it like for like so I’d pick the Pro version as shown.
I won’t do the upgrade today as several people are accessing the website even as I type but I’ll take a look at this over the weekend and will let you know how I make out.

Hopefully that will do the job.
Incidentally, I’m having issues with my account that is being addressed in another ticket but with a bit of luck, updating the software will address both problems.

I’ve manually installed the latest version of the calendar today.
What’s the next step please?
