Password reset not received during update

Hello, I was using the “automatic upgrade” plugin to upgrade to the newest WP version, and as I got most of the way through the process it said I needed to “log in.” I tried, but my normal password didn’t work – kept getting a “log in again” message. So I asked to have a new password provided, but that email with the new password has not been received after about 15 minutes. I now cannot log in to complete the update AND cannot log in to post or manage my site. Help, please?
