My blog isn’t visible…

I need help…I have a few problems, for one my header doesn’t appear in all browsers (fine in safari and some versions of firefox but doesn’t work in IE) also my friend who has a blogspot tried adding my RSS feed to her blog as one of her favorite blogs and she said it didn’t recognize my RSS. I installed a traffic device for my URL, cheaplychic.com and it says 0 visitors when I know for a fact a few people (at least) were on b/c they left comments. What’s going on?? I tried uploading a sitemap to google or whatever…i don’t know what to do please help!! : )
