    Hello,

I have just installed and activated the latest version of this plugin. I am getting two errors.

    1. “WP Staging Folder Permission error: …/wp-content/plugins/wp-staging/logs is not write and/or readable. Check if the folder …/wp-content/plugins/wp-staging/logs exists! File permissions should be chmod 755 or 777.”

I have checked and this file does not exist.

    2. “You are using a version of WP Staging which has not been tested with your WordPress version 4.7.3. As WP Staging is using crucial db and file functions it’s important that you are using a WP Staging version which has been verified to be working with your WordPress version. You risk unexpected results up to data lose if you do not so.”

I am using version 1.1.4 (the latest?) and it has not been tested with WordPress 4.7.3.

Please let me know what I can do to get this working!

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Rene,

I just saw this post, as I have experienced the same problem.

I heard great things about your plugin and am looking forward to using it for my site and all my clients who install plugins to find that they broke their site and have no recourse.

    Thanks,

    Hi Rene,

I have not seen a new update for your plugin. The errors in my dashboard have not been removed either.

Have you finished your fix? When will it be available?

    This ticket is unresolved.

    Hello Rene,

It has almost been two weeks since I first posted a support ticket. Do you have a rough estimate of when a fix will actually be released? Apologies for being impatient but I downloaded this plugin two weeks ago and am yet to use it because of the multiple errors and warnings after activation.

    Thanks

    Hi Rene,

Very poor customer support. I will be switching to another plugin.
