Page 500 Server Error after adding shortcode to page

Hello,

I’ve installed this module alongside Download Manager + Contact Form 7 – I’ve created the download file and contact form but when it comes to adding in my shortcode to the page I want to add it to it gives a 500 server error. It does save the page but then takes all the content out of the page too.

Once I remove the shortcode the page shows all the original content, here is the shortcode i was using:

[email-download download_id=”19240″ contact_form_id=”19242″], do you have any idea why this is happening and how to fix?
