Rainmaker Form Won’t Center

Hello I’m using rainmaker(icegram) form to collect leads. I have pasted the short code to my page, in my wp-admin looks fine, however once publish it appears bottom left of my page. I’ve use <center></center> and <p style=”text-align: center;”></p> how can I fix this?
