Form generated “Thank You” does not appear

    New user here. I am using Popup Maker to call a WPForms Contact form after a click on a “Contact Us” button.

    The button, popup, and form submission work fine but after the form submission a WPForms generated “Thanks for contacting us” popup does not appear on the screen. Instead, the popup closes right away and there is no acknowledgement of the form submission being successful.

    If I click on the “Contact Us” button again, the form does not reopen but the “Thank you” does appear.

    I suspect that Popup Maker is closing the form and preventing the Thank You from opening but since I’m new to this I really have no idea! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @billmc – Sorry for the delay. The issue isn’t with Popup Maker in this case. What is happening is that your form is submitting without AJAX. This causes the page to refresh when it submits. Since popups are not open when the page is refreshed (until you trigger it again) you don’t see the thank you message.

    I would look to see if there is an option to submit via AJAX (without page reload) which will make it work exactly as you expect it should.
