    There are two possibilities.

    1. Facebook no longer allows links from your IP.

    2. Your FB app is set to be available only to some whitelisted IPs.

Please either remove the limitation if you did it, or simply set a new app.

    Thanks for the update.

I tried adding new app, but i get error while authentication.

Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

My website is http://www.quotesnstories.com and i added correct url in the domain name.

Please see the answer in the FAQ – #2.7:
    http://www.nextscripts.com/support-faq/#a27

Please note that your site is NOT http://www.quotesnstories.com

You force non-www, so your site is http://quotesnstories.com and domain is quotesnstories.com

I fixed above problem. But i still get following error.
“message”: “(#5) Unauthorized source IP address”

I tried creating new app, that did not fix issue. I also tried adding a new admin to my page and tried creating app for that user and tried to authorize. Same error persists.

I have not done any thing like white listing from my website site knowingly. Could you please help me what i can do to understand the problem. Please let me know if i need to reach out to my hosting providers to check some thing?

Could you please check my above message?

Did you do to your anything that is not mentioned in our instructions? Any kind of “harmless” change could result such issue. For example check mark in the “References Alcohol”, “Age Restriction”, “Country Restricted”, etc..

Please go to the Facebook app settings->Advanced and make sure “Server IP Whitelist” is empty, no “restrict” checkxboxes are checked “Allow API Access to App Settings” is set to “Yes”, “Require App Secret” and “Require 2-Factor Reauthorization” are set to “No”.

The only other possibility is what listed here: http://stackoverflow.com/a/26028339

I simply followed your doc, have not done any thing extra. It’s sure not an issue with the settings.

I checked with my hosting provider, they say the IP hosted my website looks normal, not black listed.

What i can do more ? Is there a way to contact Facebook and get more info and fix this ?
