Can’t login to my WordPress site

Hello everybody,

When I want to login I see the captcha, but when I fill in the captcha text there appears a new captcha text. The text I fill in is correct, but the site refreshes and I see a new captcha text..

Can my site be hacked or does anybody have a solution for this? I can’t login to my WordPress dashboard now…
