This table has been created by another developer and the version is now 1.8. I have noticed that now that tables which are stacked upon one another cannot be highlighted or clicked upon but only the top one shows. Here is our weblink and it is towards the bottom of the page: http://colonialoilindustries.com/.

This is the code I found within the page:
    [tabgroup][tab title=”GA” state=”active”] [table id=1 /] [/tab] [tab title=”AL”] [table id=2 /] [/tab][tab title=”FL”] [table id=3 /] [/tab][tab title=”NC”] [table id=4 /] [/tab][tab title=”SC”] [table id=5/] [/tab][tab title=”TN”] [table id=6 /] [/tab][tab title=”VA”] [table id=7 /] [/tab][/tabgroup]

    Thank you for any help.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I can not really help with this 🙁 This seems to be a bug in the plugin/theme feature that you are using for those tabs, but not in TablePress (which is just adding the content for those tabs).

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Thank you for getting back.
This at least points me in which direction to focus.

    Hi Marcya,

yes, this is what you should investigate.

In addition, I just saw that your site uses a click tracking plugin for statistics (SlimStat). That might also be affecting this. Can you maybe turn that off, temporarily?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

Slimstat support here. Subscribing to this topic to monitor the conversation.

    Hi Jason,

thanks for joining! Does SlimStat maybe remove other jQuery event handlers from links that it’s tracking?
I assume that that’s somehow happening here for the tab headers.

    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

indeed it used to. We recently released version 4.6.3 which addresses this problem at a deeper level (we used to have temporary workarounds in place, which were only partially working). So my recommendation would be to upgrade to the latest version of Slimstat available and see if that solves the issue.

    Hi Jason,

that’s great! @cyaburt, could you maybe try updating to that mentioned new version?

Thank you both! First, I tried updating to the new version and cleared my cache, but that did not work. Then, I tried deactivating Slim Stat, but that also did not work.

I am probably going to contact the original developer to find out what steps he had taken and what possibly has happened. I have only kept the plug-ins upgraded so I am unsure exactly what has happened.

We use both of these plug-ins on our other sites and there is no conflict, but this table is built differently.
    Thanks,

Ok, keep us posted and let us know if there’s anything we can do on our end to help.

I wanted to thank you both for your assistance. The table has been fixed. The issue was when I updated the plugin from WPBakery Visual Studio plugin from 3.3.0 to 3.4.5. It depreciated the old tab short code and introduced a new one. The old tabs had to be deleted and new short codes inserted back in.

Thanks for everything and yes, I will rate both your plugins 🙂

    Hi,

yeah, that would be great, just in case this happens again and can be traced back to TablePress or Slimstat.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
