Hello, The site is using php 5.6 but at the top of the admin screen I see:

“PHP 5.2 will be deprecated in a future version of NextGEN. Please upgrade your PHP installation to 5.3 or above.”

If I click dismiss it pops up a dialog box that says “undefined” so I can’t dismiss it either

@winterstreet – What PHP version are you seeing under Gallery > Overview | Site Details?

If this is also showing PHP version 5.6 we will likely need to have a deeper look into your site. If this is the case, please send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

Thanks for the response, I don’t think the issue is particular to your plugin. I installed something else that shows the php version and it too shows 5.2. I ‘m talking with the host but they seem stumped so far. Thanks

@winterstreet – When the PHP was compiled something might have been missed and that could be why it is still reporting PHP 5.2 instead of what you expect as PHP 5.6

    Thanks for the follow-up!

    – Cais.
