Getting error (you are not allowed to access this page) after login using https

Hello,
I have installed latest version of wordpress i.e 4.7.3. It is working fine on http host.
We need to run this website on https (secured) host and if we change the settings from http to https, it is not allowing us to access the admin panel after login.
It is throwing the following error:-
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Please help us out from this situation.
