Database Error

Oh great, this is exactly why I post-poned upgrading my wordpress. I did the installation by the book, and noticed that the flashuploader wasn’t working at all. Then it said that I should upload from the wordpress root folder also every file. And bam, database error. Can’t get to my site at all. Here look-> http://www.dangerdanger.org/ what the heck am I supposed to do now? It’s all gone.

How come he says that ALL the files should be uploaded and in the wp installation giude we shouldnt upload the themes and the other one? I’m confused and very very angry at this.
