Crashed website

I tried to activate an API Key through your app and the site crashed, too many re-directions. The only way to make my website live again was to remove your pluggin. I got my host to do a few things to correct the problem but I was told I could not use your pluggin until you fixed this issue. I cannot get in contact with you and I cannot use the pluggin. Not happy, please let me know when u fix this.
