Remove Complete Login

This might be very stupid question but I have spent days looking to disable the login from 2 wordpress sites I built.
Somehow I enabled a login onto the site so it is protected while I build it and now for the life of me I cannot remove it or remember what I did.
I need to keep Administrator login obviously but for normal webpage viewing the site need to be open.
